Our 75,000 sq.ft facility in Ashulia, Dhaka represents the pinnacle of modern sweater manufacturing. Equipped with state-of-the-art knitting machines and advanced production technology, we ensure precision and quality in every garment we produce.
The facility is designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind, featuring optimized workflow layouts, energy-efficient systems, and comprehensive quality control stations throughout the production process.
Skilled Workforce & Technology
Our team of 500+ skilled workers combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. Each member undergoes rigorous training to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in every production stage.
We operate advanced knitting machines including 12GG, 7GG, and 5GG gauges, allowing us to produce a diverse range of products from fine-gauge fashion pieces to chunky winter sweaters, all while maintaining consistent quality and meeting tight production deadlines.
